I didn't watch the video; I plan to change that whenever I get back. (I'm currently on the warpath from work to college)
But for the most part, I honestly think
Jinx works best with Leona, given how you can completely lock down a target by way of Leona's snare + traps. You can lock someone in place for roughly 4 seconds. The same thing can be done with Caitlyn's traps as well. If Leona has her ult up, then.... well... I cream my pants just thinking about it.
And like with Blitzcrank, I honestly find that Thresh works with just about anyone given how much his kit does to throw someone completely out of position. All it takes, like with blitz, is landing Q. So is this a bot lane wet dream? Yes. But is it something that's considered a "HOLY **** BEST LANE DUO EVER"? Probably not. It's, more or less, the fact that thresh is just thresh. I still think Leona x Jinx is way more sexier, but that's just personal opinion.
