Try 24/0/6
and then not rushing golem, get spirit elder lizard if you're wanting to upgrade the spirit stone, generally when i play poppy jungle, ill rush spirit stone then sheen.
also try your best to farm your jungle, and only gank where its necessary so you don't waste valuable time.

I know nothing of Poppy jungle(or Poppy at all), but someone I'm subsribed to, who does frequent "break the meta" videos, did make a video of Poppy jungle. He's also inspired me to play Zyra jungle, to great success, and ad Malzahar to not as much success.

I've been using AS Reds, Armor Yellows, MR Blues, nad MS Quints for the jungle. Been running 9-21 masteries, taking a lot of the early AD masteries and a lot of the surviviblity masteries. In games I've been building Golem for my jungle item.
So, I'm just asking for some feedback on my setup here. Don't worry about being gentle, I don't care if you completely **** on my build-- I just want to improve. :)
