Looks nice, i would explain the items into further detail though.

Like when should you go for BoTRK or BT, when you choose iceborn gauntlet over trinity (iceborn granting more kiteablity).
Things like that to really clarify the choices.

This guide is kinda nice, I like it but the "Counter Picks" section is too...erm...not that good looking, just do it as same as your Items Section and explain how vs others ADCs and how you synergy wif which supports. Also, add a conclusion/summary chapter to summarize everything in your guide :3

What's with 2% lifesteal and no AD runes? Not only are you unable to easily last hit under tower, but you also have ****py sustain and lose early trades.
