I like the guide, but I do have a question.
Wouldn't it be more cost effective to upgrade the Machete into a Spirit Stone instead of Madred's/Wriggle's? You don't even necessarily have to build the Spirit Stone into anything further (although the Golem and Lizard spirit items are very useful); the health and mana regain are good enough to warrant grabbing it (Jax's innate burst after lvl 6 takes great advantage of this), and the fact that it only costs 400g to build after you get the Machete means that you'll be able to sooner build much more important items, like TF and BotRK.
Unless the armor and attack speed that Wriggle's gives is absolutely crucial, I think you'd get a much better deal out of just a Spirit Stone.
Although the spirit stone changes made it a much better item, I prefer having the attack speed + ward available from the Wriggles. It allows for more vision and chases/escapes (from Leap), and also allows you to buy the red trinket if needed but, imo, I'd stick with the Wriggles + Ward trinket because vision is crucial.
