If the Zed is purple side, and all the enemies are MIA, they might be doing dragon. And Zed might have a decent chance at denying them a blue.
You shouldn't find one, but it happens.
I once had a Taric support ask me if he could take 2nd blue. I've had mid/top scream at me for ganks, then yell at me to be reported, in about two different games, even though the enemy jungler wasnt ganking, and the enemy laner was MIA/offscreen because of how far back our laners were.

That happens a ****load in Bronze. The difference is usually the mid laners like IMA GRAB THEIR BLUE while the enemy team is all mia, its just hit 20 minutes into the game, and hes playing Zed.
