Sorry. As I said, this is my first guide. I did not mean to forget the other 2 mastery point. for the items, I recently uploaded a section for that. Hopefully you get to read that as well.
Again, keep posting these comments. I want this guide to be perfect for everyone.

You've also only put 28 Masteries in. What about the other 2?

And there's a lack of late-game tactics, as well as explanation of your items. This guide feels fairly unfinished, consider archiving it until you've finished it?

Oh. Sorry. And yeah, sometimes I rush Talisman of Ascension, but other times, especially when I have a Sivir, I like to go DFG first. I'll add the runes and Masteries when I get back from school

Your cheat sheet doesn't show Runes and Masteries.
Rushing Talisman of Ascension before Deathfire Grasp is mandatory. Next to that I'm unsure about DFG, building Alistar as a tanky support seems to be superior because of Unbreakable Will and Pulverize.
