tbh I don't quite know what the C2V does. I was taking straight magic pen because of the massive magic damage you get from abilities. I will make updates to add alternative runes. Another thing is that I've always forgot to put hybrid pen in before planning on playing him so I haven't tested it. lolz

Very nice guide. Really pretty, well-formatted, good content, etc. I don't play Gragas, so I don't know for sure, but something to think about is taking
