Yes, the site only supports servers supported by Riot's API at the moment, which is NA, EUW, and EUNE. Sorry about that, we're hoping Riot will add more server support soon!

I was Plat 2 in Season 3, and i'm now Diamond 2, but my status doesn't change. I would like to know why and how to make it change, since i've got a guide here and would like to get my actual status being displayed since it gives a little (or a lot) more credibility. =]
