Can protobelt work on kass as I think that it provides health,cdr,mobility and damage. Thats stats that kass really requires. So yeah, I think this could greately contribute to kassadin.

You should update the matchups, most of them are outdated since the Mage rework.

Whenever you want, haha. For me though, RnR is the standard mage set when against a relatively balanced team of AD and AP. Tankadin can be useful whenever, but I usually go for this build when I'm against a really bursty AD mid like or , or when the majority of the other team is AD. As for kassaninja, this build was more like an insta-burst fun build I made a while ago - I wouldn't use it in ranked games, but that's up to you. :P
