Why isn't Teemo seeing competitive play after...

If i recall correctly, C9 Hai did play a game as Teemo, and a little before that, in S3 worlds, TSM reginald played teemo as well. He can't adc because his range is piss poor. He was played mid lane by Hai but he trainwrecked the game with his zone control. They nerfed his ult so much it's pretty useless. He has become nothing more than an auto attack champ. I disagree that he doesn't contribute to team fights, but he doesn't provide the same benefits as about 20-30 other champs provide.[/quote]
