EU: Might swap Migxa for VandeR and jungler for Diamond (close between him and Cyanide), otherwise same.
NA: Might back Sneaky for ADC, dunnoh about top laner really.

I think reason REKKLES is so high is because there is no other adc on his lvl. Mid there is a trio of popular mids with alex, froggen and xpeke. ADC there is only one that stands out besides him.
Same with jungle i think DIAMOND is just a stand out in role and there is not as much competition or popular players in eu jungle so they win because votes for mid as split and top.
