I honestly prefer this to those gamemodes.
The fact that its so ridiculously unbalanced makes it so much fun... even if you lose badly its still fun cause you can fool around to no end 8D

singed Q doesnt have a mana cost once hes full built anyways, his ult with the low CD would be fun though, same with fling

also hecarims 0.4 second Q, and kramas always having mantras up, talons ult would be up every few seconds same with actives so yayayay
