Some jackass tried to convince me Blitzcrank was OP.

He then proceeded to feed the whole laning phase and died every time he successfully made a grab. It took him 20 minutes to get a kill/assist.

I'm not convinced.

How the hell do you not get an assist as Blitzcrank when you have a 3 second CD on your Q?
