How are they messed up? Provide the code and the real runes so I can try to figure out what has happened.
Do you mean this? Same thing happened to me, and I haven't messed with them at all in my last update. They were working fine before today.

The lol update should have no influence on mobafire. It is more likely that the mobafire bug fixes allowed new bugs to occur :P
