Do you mean this? Same thing happened to me, and I haven't messed with them at all in my last update. They were working fine before today.

The lol update should have no influence on mobafire. It is more likely that the mobafire bug fixes allowed new bugs to occur :P

Runes
well it seems to be a problem with the first selected runes. I put Glyphs first and it messed up them, I put marks first, it messed up them etc.
