Your masteries repeat a lot of the same information. EX: " Mental Force is pretty much straight-forward, AP per level, done... Archmage increases your AP by a %, pretty straightforward still." Perhaps simplifying it by including all of those nice masteries by doing something like: Archmage , Mental Force , etc. boost your damage quite nicely, so take them.
Alternatives for runes (optional)
Mention more ability mechanics - EX: Charm can check bushes / Orb of Deception can check bushes by looking at your Essence Theft count, blah blah.
As mentioned before, a Gameplay section / chapter would be useful as it is usually one of the most looked at part of a guide.
