I guess you should max Savagery first because maxing a skill shot isn't really a great thing (not to mention scaling things, I dunno exactly). Starting boots is really suboptimal because items like Doran's Blade and even Doran's Shield are superior. Greater Quintessence of Health and Enchanted Armor are rather bad and you should consider way more items which might be alternative options.
