I love to play Orianna, and i would not hesitate to tell you that you did very well, writing this guide.
You see, i have a different approach to her.
I like to play her more of utility, and for that i take Barrier and Q first (in most matchups - to check brushes and also gain a slight advantage over the enemy midlaner).
Thanks for the comment, in solo que starting with Q first is perfectly viable for brush checks etc, however I think that if you are to want barrior, you are better of taking heal, it outscales at level 3 which is around when the jungler will gank you and it provides MS and can heal another ally.
@xDaptor, I know that some things are short but I haven't finished everything yet :P

Taking Command Protect would be/should be effective against Assassins but not against mana stacking or Athene's type midlaners, eg :Gragas. That is however my opinion.
The reason i take Barrier and E at level 2/3 is, it is not always possible to have every bush warded in the early laning phase. The E + Barrier really helps me negate almost any kind of gank burst / dives.
I would love to collaborate and share my experiences and would love to play with you too!
Thanks for making the guide :)
Some of your exxplanations are a bit short.
