Hey jmr1 only suggestion is first SOTD isn't a good item. The stats are useless if you use active they become disabled. Also use this for a "nicer" looking format http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/making-a-guide-101506 UP Voted

Hello there

Really enjoyed playing Vayne using this build. A good choice for tenacity and instead of SWOTD is Zephyr. For attack speed Wit's End could work aswell.
