Just get both of them and 9% CDR from your masteries and you won't have to run CDR glyphs on your caster anymore. Maybe one Glyph of Celerity just to make up for that 1%.

nah jebus that 1% isnt worth it at all.

but we're talking about which one is better and why. assuming we dont have room for both (which you probably shouldnt.)

Morello's if you're playing more of a support character.

DFG if you're playing anyone else.

Even on support chars, DFG is still occasionally useful.

It's really only good on specific casters that really need that extra CD, the Mana Regen and AP it gives aren't too good and can be easily overshadowed by other items. Only champ I've personally ever got it on was problaby the newer Ryze and that was only early game.
