Your guide may be missing the flare for graphics and layout but I found this guide as the most helpful for my play stile. Thanks!

They provide scaling into later phases of the game, and it helps if you can avoid skill shots, other than that yea health is good too

Health regen seals just aren't worth it. Get scaling health or possibly flat hp. They're a lot better.
