In patch 4.11 Shivanna, Thresh and Vi's hitbox has been increased by 15 units all around. Nidalee's Javelin Toss Width has been increased from 30 to 40 units. Should I take half of Nidalee's width increase added to the other three's hitbox and assume that the total new exposure of these three champs to Nidalee is now increased by 20 units?

I suppose so, yes. But that's really nothing to worry about since 20 units is very very small.
