Found this in a match. I'm confused.
Anyone see the issue with this Garen build?

This same game broke everything.
1 top (Normal)
1 mid (Normal)
1 bot (Sketchy)
2 Jungle (Yep.)
Even worse, it was Janna and Zilean jungling.
We won the game. Hard.
There is no more meta.

The second problem is Clarity

The third problem is 65 cs

The fourth problem is the GA
