It's nice that you don't have to worry about scams anymore, but for those who didn't want to use the skin and were legitimately selling, this sucks. I've redeemed a few skins from Riot employees and PAX before, and they get enough "wows" in-game that it's kinda nice to own it.
As someone with PAX Jax and PAX Sivir from actually going to PAX, thank ****ing god. I'm all for selling skin codes and all that, I mean it's your skin code once its in your hands. but there comes a point where you just can't really justify doing that kind of thing anymore. I mean, how do these guys even get enough codes to run their site?
yeah, i don't know how they can, i guess its cause of the too high prices they put for them, so very few people buy them and they look like god sites. It is clear that almost no people buy from those sites, just by the fact that its almost impossible to find someone with those skins in game. Never saw pax jax, never saw black alistar, never saw human ryze, never saw pax twisted fate, never saw anyone of them in game(maybe just 1 pax sivir). Also fk u, u got pax jax :(
since I have started playing League back in season one I have only seen 3 PAX skins in game two of them being PAX Sivir and the other being PAX Jax, also I have always wondered where these sites get there codes from?

I stole this Sig idea from SoapSuds
Nah it's cause they can generate the codes themselves, I think. There was a reddit post by one of the people selling them explaining where all the unlimited skin codes came from.

Could you link that? That doesn't seem like an exploit that Riot wouldn't know about.
