I'm afraid you'll have to do a little better than this. Explain stuff (runes - masteries - items - abilities - gameplay...).
I know you want to keep it concise, but this won't put your guide on top of the page. If you're going to write guides try to put a little effort in them. Informative and visualised.
Read Making a Guide & Using Columns to make an attractive and useful guide.
It takes a lot of work, but in the end it will be worth it.
If you do decide to improve it and write an actual guide, then I advise you to archive this one until you're finished to prevent downvotes.
I truly hope you'll improve your guide.
