In the competitie scene Gragas has been dominating the top lane in games. I have had a lot of trouble playing against him due to his massive sustain. I can get him to about half health in a trade and after two spells his health is full again (more or less). What champs and items are effective to beat gragas?

play yi but tie chicken and/or cake to your sword boots that way you taunt him into chasing you when you run fast

id say the same for singed but his poison doesnt work on him because fat people always smell terrible so hes used to it
