It won't do anything to 
Fury of the Sands or similar ultimates like Dominus or Wild Growth. It's health gain, similar to buying a Giant's Belt, and not healing.
It's an okay mastery, but overall, not spectacular, and most other masteries are better.

Presumably it will also buff his passive lifesteal and anything else as described in the mastery page, but that I am already fairly certain about.
Anybody got anything to say about this mastery? I don't normally tank or go toplane so I am interested in the community's opinions on this.
