That same thing happened to me - exactly. Went from Diamond Promo series, to Plat 3. It's a pretty ****ty feeling. It's best if you just take a break for a little bit, if you're on a losing streak.

Well some times it's better to dodge a ranked game if you're not comfortable with the role and loose 3 lp than get stomped in lane and loose 15+.
