Woah, highschool seems to be 10 times more difficult for everyone that isn't me...
Do you really get that many assignments or did you just procrastinate and avoid doing them on time? xD (because that's what my friends that complain about school being too hard do)
I usually don't have more than 3 or 4 after school assignments (apart from the casual homework) at a time which I find very easy to manage.
Also, why such an analysis on oliver twist, @Janjan? We covered that book in 5th or 6th grade. Based on my experience so far, I'd assume you'd have to analyze hamlet, the divine comedy trilogy and such in highschool :o

Probably because of a new school and the people are trying to get used to its habits and such :p And my Finnish teacher is such a ***** with the grading. She practically has grades "YES" and "NO", there is no middle ground.

I go to a private/charter school, where you have to test in. Don't get me wrong, I love the school and learning in general, but the workload is ridiculous for the typical 16 year old :P
Made this sig myself :)

Fair enough. I guess it's similar to the workload volunteer students get here (students who like to help out teachers and do some of their projects and teach younger students/same year students instead of the teachers) which I still think is manageable, but it definitely is a lot when compared to... everything else xD I feel for you here :s

Meh. I guess she's just one of your teachers where you have to know as much as they do (or more) in order to not get **** for it xD good luck with the essay :p

Yeah what's driving me nuts about uni is that my professors collaborate with eachother to make sure that multiple exams happen on the same day for us. They say that if we can't handle that kind of workload stress in chemical engineering we should drop our major >.>

She's just jelly that her artwork doesn't look as nice as yours ;)
