He also probably deals the most damage, out of any ADC in the game; If your team has a way of defending him, the odds of winning a team fight are greatly stacked in your Kog'Maw's favor

Kog'maw has no escape sure but he has long range and poke and high dmg.
He has two large huge power spikes once he hits lvl 6 he wins lane hard. Then once he gets trinity force.
Draven has more down sides plus he is highest skill cap adc you need to do what all other adc's do on top of that catch your axe's and not get jumped on and die which is hard when he has no real escape. If hes played correct he has highest damage.

I dont play draven only adc's i play are Kog'maw, Tristana and Twitch.
Twitch might have short range but at least he has alot to make up for it best adc at assassination. loads of damage, Huge aoe long range ult melts multiple people in fights.
