There's a bunch of ****py guides of jax in pre and pos patch that can't work and this actually kicksass...
I've seen in action and try it, IT works like a charm!

Now that my guide is awsome I will plug off the require coment to vote thing.
Maybe you are dumb...
The only item I intentionally take for damage is Infinity Edge, and even that is just because of the critical bonus.
And you have to consider the passive bonus health from damage (NOT FROM ATACK SPEED!).
Also, AD Jax is not fail, you may think the damage he gives is low but consider criticals and you will see that you are wrong.
AP can get to 200 which is more then enough for most times.
If it's not enough just use ignite: problem solved.
Even if you build a lot on AP/AS you won't get as much damage as this Jax (criticals: I often get 5 or more in a row with full build; and just those 5 can take down an enemy champion).
I found a guy in a game where I rocked that said he knew Jax well (he had about 500 wins), game ended and we discussed what Jax would be best: He had some good ideas but in the end he agree with me this one was best).
So, you can't just come here and say AD Jax is pretty fail, IF YOU DON'T EVEN TRY IT.

It was a pain to put all those icons, finnally finished it. ^^
Hope you like my explanation on why I don't usually take guinsoo's rageblade.
Also one more thing: it takes a while to get full stacks and you lose them quite fast.
Please ignore TheBESTBUILDER: we WERE friends.
I hope to recieve some more upvotes now since it is a good build.
If you did what was told in the build and you still lost then your team was noobish.
