As a quick advice, I can give ya 2 links to tier lists where you can look at top tier
champions. I can't remember the exact notes but you can always check tl;dr youtube videos
for them. Viktor, Soraka, Sion reworks + new Master tier between Diamond 1 and challenger
are propably the highlights so far.
