I've given it some thought, and I might resign from reffing inhouses after this week. The players behavior is consistently negative, even though there has been constant warnings on how it impacts ones-self and other players. I really tried to keep up these inhouses, but it's a waste of my effort when I'm even pushing back my other duties trying to salvage what's left.
Overall, I feel like people have different diluted thoughts about how inhouses are supposed to be played and frankly I'm just annoyed now how everyone treats eachother, it feels like a job to me, and I'm not even getting paid. I'll probably play in the inhouses when I have time, but if it doesn't improve soon I just can't deal anymore.

Bryun your the best ref ever, also I think everything went really well last week asides from the fact no one talked at all during our first round except you and me. And I don't remember anything being super drama other then the fact most of the people who signed up didn't show up on time, or me complaining about my name being wrong on the point sheet sorry if I came off rude I didn't mean to.
But I really do think your doing a bang up job reffing theses and I do appreciate everything you do :)
However I know what it's like to have to much going on and in-houses can go anywhere from 4-6 hours and that time could very well be spent doing better/other things, if you feel it's to much stress I not only respect your choice to step down I also encourage it. A vacation is always a good thing.

I'll do the best I can to help keep **** going.
And i'll do the same. Just so you know, you can let us host the games as well. I'm unsure of whether I'll be available this sunday, but if I am, i'll try and get more people to talk. I'm thinking that some more casual conversation before/between games may lighten up the mood for everyone. With the little amount of communication going on, i've noticed that some inhouse games don't feel any different from normal games that I play.
At any rate, if I am available, I hope to see you at this coming inhouse :) If Java becomes an issue, i'll try to help out as much as i can ;)

I honestly think we just need to play some fun, goofy games and remind ourselves that we like each other and enjoy playing together.
like arams or something.

Well I've gotta be honest, the NA inhouses feel like an old grandmother suffering from Alzheimer's; you know all hope is lost, but you visit her every week because it's an obligation and you're hoping that she will hand you a cup of tea with a biscuit rather than calling the police and have you arrested for trespassing like the last bazillion times.
