Cloud 9 should not be ashamed. As everyone saw, Blue was about to have a heart attack. This wasn't just a steam roll, Blue actually had to fight for this, and any mistake they would have made, Cloud 9 would have taken full opportunity over it.

Cloud 9 did well and they are deserving all the praise they got for a good effort but at the end of the day there was one thing that cost them Game 4 and the match and it wasn't Samsung Blue being the better team it was quite simply "Doubt".
The first instances was when they had Samsung blocked in their bases and was coming in to fight them but then they hesitated when they realised Maokai was teleporting in and because they did that Maokai was able to pounce in straight away and turn what may have been a winning team fight for C9 into a one they had to back away from and let Blue escape.
The Second was the final push and I am not dissing the final effort it was a good effort and on any other day they might have taken it to Game 5 and it may have been a different story however their downfall was right after winning the teamfight that got them that chance...They Hesitated again, they were 5 on 1 vs Nami and they couldn't decide if they go for it or not for about 3 seconds and that may not be along time but those 3 extra seconds at the turret would have won them the game without question.
I have absolute respect for the NA and EU servers but this is the truth, the asian teams have a Killer instinct to their play, when they are together they are willing to fight any team in a 5 vs 5 because they know it could go their way if everything goes correctly whilst Western teams could be in 5 vs 3 or 4 and still panic about teamfights because they are worried about what if they mess up and miss that key skillshot that makes them sitting ducks.
Unless they are willing to gain that same Instinct they will never reach the same level as the best Asian teams I am sorry to say.
