Start Grags or Gromp - > smiteless leash proceed to do first buff, one more camp -> recall, the other buff -> gank. Or, alternatively, one can clear only 'small' camps before first recall, and then do both buffs once the jungle item has been bought. You need to grab a few HP pots too though.

For the actual jungle item, I'd recommed or because Eve can clear really fast with Ranger, but gets dueling and ganking power from Stalker. If you go Stalker, beware, the new jungler is really unforgiving for Eve. Then I'd upgrade for Magus enchantment (20% CDR is huge), start building towards BotRK and then almost full tank.

Early level counterjungling is really hard for Eve due to lack of sustain and high burst.

EDIT: Stalker's is better tbh, and her early clear is reeeeeaaaaally one of the worst amongst junglers.

Np Emi, but one more thing, you should try starting at the Gromp, if you haven't already. (The giant frog) Because if you smite it, you'll get Lvl 2 from the Exp bonus from smiting, and the poison armour. That'd allow you to solo blue buff easier. Alternatively, you could start from the Krugs, which, also smited, give you lvl 2 and the stun to solo red. Forgive me for being long winded, Emi senpai. :3

Awesome, thanks for the suggestion! I'll admit, I've been really lazy and haven't really found the motivation to actually test builds out yet, lol. I will definitely be sure to keep your build in mind once I start though! :)

Emi, for the new preseason jungle, try using a stalker's blade with devourer's (emulating ff), getting Botrk, Hexdrinker, then full tank. I haven't done too much of it lately, but a wit's end should fit in nicely as well. Try it out :D

Outlook
Cheat Sheet	The item explanations are very detailed. No complaints here, but you had a few spelling mistakes: go-to, not goto Maw of Malmortius without a C You could add a matchups -section to the cheat sheet, the new diameter is pretty cool.
Coding	The first half of the guide is relatively easy to digest. The second half is very, very text-heavy with less emphasis on visuals or chapter organizing. As a result, it can be demotivating to read through it all. There's a few simple things you can do to prevent this: - Usage of ball dividers (as compared to line dividers), between chapters for example. - Highlighting key sections of the text with colors (softer tones), such as white or pink. - Implementing different pre-existing database images (champions, abilities, etc) to "demonstrate" a certain action (for example freezing a lane -> Frozen Tomb). - And variations in-between.
Style	Love the banner and headers. Very well done. However, I'd like to see more customization towards an Eve-y atmosphere via text and coding (as per above). Use her signature colors!

Structure
Organization	Items: You should shorten the starting items to [[Health Potion]]x4. I don't think the guide is ridiculously long. Honestly. It's well readable. You confuse readability with length. You can still add a matchups -section. You can do it for the cheat sheet or the actual guide. I'd like to see those small ball dividers (*** per above) used in the chapters discussing gameplay (i.e. between jungle route breakdowns 1-5). More empty / free space will relieve the pressure down, so to say. Otherwise it suffers from the lawbook -feeling. ++++ Table of Contents ++++
Information	Strenghts and Weaknesses: Evelynn is not a poor duelist. Her dueling capability is usually dependant on the simple fact if the enemy has any gap closers or not. Against most champions, a skilled Evelynn can simply outkite them while constantly bullying them with her Q. She doesn't have to go melee every time, and she shouldn't. She's strong against melee (bruisers/tanks), weak against ranged (primarily ADCs). So technically, if a ranged enemy is able to distance themselves from you, run. Regarding pink wards: IT IS IMPORTANT. In higher elos, both the mid laner and jungler have usually bought at least one pink ward by 5-10 minutes (first recall). As Evelynn, you should anticipate the river bush and/or the enemy wraith bush being warded with one. Sometimes they place one in your jungle entrance. Pink wards are a huge asset. Regarding jungling in general as Eve; it's not too uncommon that the enemy jungler spots you after a gank, checks your HP and ganks/counterjungles you at the camp you're doing afterwards. This is something I personally like doing a lot. If you don't know where the enemy jungler is and you ponder doing a camp at low HP, think twice. Skills: You have an error @Agony's Embrace ability details; the damage at rank 1 is 15 %. Use E for securing objectives (smite and E at the same time). I think you should underline the fact that Evelynn can ward without breaking the stealth!
Grammar	I'd barely have anything to complain about here. Your sentences have a balanced utilization of commas and points. The only small complaint I can give you is regarding the hyphens: for more on that, skim through this. For example, autoattacking would be auto-attacking in my eyes.

Build
Runes and Masteries	Runes: AD Quints could be mentioned here. I've seen multiple Evelynn's with 0 AP early, and it does offer a bit more sustained DPS early. Although, the AP quints seem to be more popular (due to ability scalings I'd presume). The AD runes do help you clear your first few camps a bit faster if I am correct. Also, not quite sure if it works any better, but in the distant past I sometimes saw an Eve start with E alongside the AD quints. Masteries: You can take Spell Weaving (you can also grab Blade Weaving). Both synergize extremely well with Evelynn. The problem arises when you need to choose between points in Dangerous Game / CDR and extra % damage. Both are viable options.
Items	Items: Spirit of the Spectral Wraith is also a viable, albeit less popular, option. TL;DR: SotEL is for tanky DPS, SotSW is for assassin-y burst Evelynn. - DFG, Sorc boots and Rylai are solid items for a fed Evelynn. Zhonya's is also a popular late game purchase. Other than that, solid and good explanations and I agree with the item choices.

Summary

As you can see, I didn't really have much to complain about at all. Your explanations and catering have very much covered the information and what-ifs one could ask for. My biggest negative was the textbook -feeling that I got largely got from the gameplay -section. Readers nowadays have very short attentions spans, and we - content creators - must try accounting for it. Aside from that, the guide has covered pretty much everything related to Evelynn from the setup to actual gameplay, and I am pretty sure it took you quite some time writing this. Just by fixing this aforementioned and adding a few items to your options, you'll probably be able to make this the best Evelynn guide on the site, with ease.

As for early game tips, here are a couple that I'll add into the guide later:

Eve is really susceptible to being counterganked because of her early game squishiness, so always try and keep track of where the enemy jungler is.
Since you're in the jungle for most of the time, you can glance around the map and make sure all of your teammates are doing okay. If you see the enemy jungle, be sure to ping and let your teammates know. This will help you prevent from getting into a 2v2 or 3v3 situation, where Evleynn is weaker than most other early game champions such as Lee or Vi.
If you find you're taking a lot of damage from the camps, try to kite them backwards by auto attacking -> Q -> run back a bit -> rinse and repeat.
Always have your jungle warded, so you don't get counterjungled or even outright killed. You can always ask your laners for help if you need it.
When ganking early game, make sure to abuse your stealth. Don't commit yourself to a gank until the enemy does. This way, you won't accidentally reveal yourself if the enemy backs off. Revealing yourself can allow the other lanes you're not ganking a chance to play aggressive because they know you're not in the vicinity.
