This one is pretty obvious, as Riot's teasers go. The first letters of each champion name spell out XZCLALTH, which is worth 29 points in Scrabble.
20141022 is evenly divisible by 29 (20141022 / 29 = 694518). You can rewrite that as 2014/10/22. 29 is also the number of days in February during a leap year, and the next leap year is in 2016. If you add 2016 to 694518, you get 696534, which only has 8 divisors: 1, 2, 3, 6, 116089, 232178, 348267, and 696534.
You may or may not have noticed at this point that there are 8 champions with "mysterious" champion pages. Of those champions, only 3 have names ending in vowels: Cassiopeia, Lissandra, and Twisted Fate. I have listed them in descending order in terms of the characters in their name (not including spaces): Twisted Fate (11), Cassiopeia (10), Lissandra (9). Being that Cassiopeia and Lissandra are thematically related (once-human women who were transformed after betraying an ally), we can add their numbers (19) and subtract Twisted Fate's (resulting in 8).
Obviously, Riot keep pointing us back to the number 8. Guess how many letters there are in the word "ultimate?" That's right: 8! But given how many times they've thrown the number 8 at us, it can't just be that simple. There are currently 121 champions in League of Legends, and 121 / 8 = 15.125 or 15 remainder 1. When you list all of the champions in alphabetical order from Z-A, the 15th champion is Vi. So Vi will be getting the ultimate skin, but... What about that remainder of 1? If you go one champion further, you get to Vel'koz...
The ultimate skin is going to be Vi with one Vel'koz on each hand, shooting electrical laser punches.

So what you're saying is... Half Life 3 confirmed?

yes because 8 is only divisible evenly by 4 numbers: 1,2,4,8. and if you take 8 then add 8 = 16 then subtract 1 + 2 + 4 (7) you get = 9... 9 is only divisible by 1,3 and 9. 3x3 = 9... 3...Half life 3 confirmed

I'm just baffled by your perception. You're like Sherlock Holmes. Maybe too alike...
Ubnoxius confirmed to be Benedict Cumberbatch irl.

Its definitely sth "scary" for Halloween.
Halloween skins for all of them? Seems a bit much, but still the best bet I'd guess.
Who did get the idea that they are in any way related to the 7 deadly sins?
You can somehow force some aspects onto 4-5 of them but mostly you will end up with doubles. TF and Xerath can't be anything but greed/ Shaco can't be defined as any of them except pure madness/ and so on.

Essentially, Zed, Cassiopeia, Xerath, Hecarim, Leblanc, Lissandra and Twisted Fate's champion pages has a dust animation over it now. Also, all of the splashes has been altered in different ways.
The ones that are found to have significant changes are Hecarim, Leblanc, Zed and Twisted Fate, and the rest just suspiciously has the details moved to different positions.
Guess would be an ultimate skin teaser - about time now.
An example of the teaser:
Clues/Theories so far:
-7 champions relate to the 7 deadly sins
-Hecarim's splash has a box behind him
-Zed has a shadow / doppelganger behind him, and a thing that isn't present in his Originalart
-LeBlanc has a obvious clone / reflection
-Twisted Fate's cards, the one he is holding became red with a symbol on it, while the rest became white. A writing on the wall behind his back.
-Shaco-related? (Box, Deceive, Clones)
-Nocturne? (Smoke is strikingly similar to that in the Cinematic: A Twist of Fate)
Although the other 3 champions does not seem to have any clues, their splashes has been altered. Take
Something exciting, at least for me, is brewing.
