Dandy was walking towards bot lane and even cast his ult before they even saw Pantheon ult, he was at the perfect place and time to countergank by pure chance, because he'd been about to gank anyway. I don't think they had any wards on the spot where Insec ulted, so I think Dandy was just going down for a gank, and then just made it a countergank when they realized Insec was ult'ing bot too.[/quote]
