Second: I got a question about the masteries. Why do you choose to put a point in frenzy and not something like feast? With this build you'll get to 10% crit chance, so I'd say a mastery that relies on crit chance isn't the best, but that's just my humble opinion.

I'm far from being a pro player, I'm actually Silver 3, which is, and I know, not really well.
Today, on a ranked game, I decided to play Irelia for my last pre-ranked match. First time I played her. So I have read your guide while the game was loading.
It basically saved me, I was against a good toplane rengar, got ganked at lvl 2 and died...
That's the only time I died, and that was the first time I carried a game.
Thanks to you, a good 12/1/12 Irelia to finish my pre-ranked matches.

You probably shouldn't be trying a champ out for the first time in ranked. Just a suggestion, you might want to practice the champ at least a few times before.
Just wanted to stop by and say, thank you for the visual guide. I love Irelia and your build is working for me :D I do not have much time to rank but have won 3 normals with her and won so it is working. Again thank you and maybe one day I will get her to Plat haha >///<

I like this guide, gives me a lot of everything I need. I would like your input on a lot of the common top lane matchups you see and which ones are easy/hard/nightmares if you could add that. Overall great info for me to learn a new champ with.
