Meh, most people rush in to buy RP and get skins which i guess if you have the free money is fine, but it's better to try a character, find out if you LIKE them before thinking about it, and then find out if you're at least DECENT if not good with that character. Then actually consider getting it.
The same kind of goes for buying chars with RP, also RP shouldn't really be spent on 3150 IP characters or lower... It's not that hard to earn it and half of them have the same cost as the 6300 ones for RP anyways...

I've got almost everything I need. All rune-pages, loads of runes, loads of champions and loads of skins ^_^
