How do you stop your self from going on tilt?

Right now i find i always find i go on tilt and lose alot games in row and get angry.

For last month i been around gold 3-gold 1. Ill get on huge in streak get to gold 1 then lose alot go back gold 3 then back to gold 1 over and over. Not sure why but i seem to ether win all time or lose all the time.

Yea, I'm gonna recommend you just stop playing when you lose once or twice. I'm guessing you're trying to make the grind to plat?

But yea, break when you think you're getting angry or playing worse. Breaks work so many wonders.

Yea im trying to get plat 5 at least b4 season ends.

I kill noobs in Hexakill with Talon.
Or play ARAM which makes things even worse.
Eventually I play other games for a few weeks, then come back play a game only to find it is filled with feeders and trolls.
You then end up not playing for several weeks/months. Or starting a smurf account with the sole purpose to feed and be a troll.

Eventually the season comes to an end and you've noticed you still haven't gotten that rank you wanted. And then you desperately try to advance, only to drop 2 Divisions....

I would like to tell you how it goes from there, but currently I'm stuck on the last phase... :D

Losing in a streak is something you can get over with by taking a break, like others pointed out. Like sleeping or something, so that you "reset".

Tilting, however, is an emotional state and not something you can always just get over by taking a nap. I'm no psychologist but I manage it by noticing I keep on doing something silly (doing things I usually don't do), asking myself why, and then noticing I'm tilting. Once I realize I'm tilting I'm just like, "alright, back to work". So key is acknowledging you're tilting. YMMV. It may also help to queue with honest people that like telling you to your face that you're tilting. Then it's still up to you to "get back to work" of course.

Or I think of Janitsu's delicious fat body and am suddenly immensely motivated. Because he's a good player.
