It's hard to get into the right mentality. Sometimes you just feel like the world is against you on your grinds for the so heavily desired elo.
First of all, I wouldn't recommend grinding so soon to when the competitive season is about to end. This is the time when pretty much all of the people are in the same boat as you. Playing hours on end of League everyday, going on losing streaks, tilting. It's better to start much earlier, give yourself time and don't get caught up on the Thanksgiving Day sales crowd.
However, it's understandable that you'd want to grind, so here's some tips.
1. If you lose 3 games in a row, then just stop playing. By playing, I mean playing League. Clear out your mind a bit, go for a stroll, watch some TV or the series that you were watching online, meet up with some friends. Just clear your mind and forget about everything that has happened.
2. Focus on having fun, not winning. Once again, it's hard to actually get your brain into doing this, but science (yes, science folks) has proved that focus, memory retention and overall performance improves when you are doing something that you enjoy or is related to your interests. If you're debating whether you want to play another a game, or it starts feeling like a chore to grind, then stop. You won't be at your best. Personally, I like to revisit champions in ranked that I have played before. For example, I recently played Azir in ranked. My first three games were exceptional as him, getting fantastic KDAs all of the games. However, as I continued to play with him, my performance dropped. What I recommend is just shifting around who you play. Play someone new and fresh and you'll begin to enjoy yourself and improve performance.
3. Don't bash yourself or your teammates. If you make a mistake, then don't dwell on it. Accept it and move on. If your teammate makes a mistake, say your bot lane was overextended and mid lane roams down bot, then don't tell them that you pinged missing mid. It adds nothing, and does nothing but fuel your teammates frustration. Just tell them that it was unlucky and they'll get out next time. Also, always make sure to congratulate good play. If your teammate does something good, just write a 'gj' in chat. Brings yours and everyone on the team's morale up.
Well, those are some tips. Have fun and good luck!

Stop playing roles you're not comfy with.
Dodge that sh**. You only lose 3 LP.
The few times I stopped the losing streak and went from 0LP to winning my promo's was when I went for my preferred role only. And with my preferred build. And with my preferred playstyle.
I'm a one trick pony.
