Mano I am m7 of soraka and I liked it and I always read and I look at your totorial, I am from Brazil Nordeste hand. Hand these runes that you use and the best shape for her? Would it be possible with this runas to produce more and better with them in the rankings?

Now, thats a good build. How even did you achieve to change table of contents thing *-* Thanks for the guide btw :3 Hp regens are really working like a charm on Soraka but why did you give attention to mana regen, wouldn't taking ap runes be better? And sorry... for my poor engrishu *-* Also some people prefer armor seals but I'm currently usiing hp regens on seals too xD Starting with 0.5 regeng to almost 4.1 regen is just too strong for early even in terms of normal regen, that would be useful on any champ that stucked at level 1 since difference is huge but what about mana regens? Since Soraka already building them as core items isn't that a little bit unnecessary we could fill these rune places with some juicy ap as it would scale with our items too :3

I prefer to use magic resist, but AP is fine too. The mana regen is good to have, just to keep your mana bar up, regardless of whether you use AP or MR glyphs for the other 6 glyphs (both are fine, I just prefer the MR). From what I can tell, plenty of pros use MR over AP on her and I've found that it's pretty helpful. Health regen seals don't really seem to be as good on her anymore, at least from my experience. You get plenty from the quints and you're better off with either health or armor in seals so you just take less damage overall.

Okay, I know it is frustrating to update the guide every patch
but Ardent Censor, Mikael's Crucible and Forbidden Idol now give increased heal!
(Riot had to make it an unique passive to avoid full Censor builds)

It's mentioned in the section Ardent Censer is in that it increases healing. Probably forgot to mention the other stuff. hah

I'd be more inclined to use either health regen or flat health seals (as listed) and use 6 mana regen glyphs instead of the CDR, maybe? I don't find I need a lot of mana regen besides Mikael's Blessing and Frost Queen's Claim/ Talisman of Ascension, but I also try very hard to manage my mana.

I love your idea of using Health regeneration runes: I will definitly try that. Do you think mana regeneration seals could be good as well ? Or you have enough with the masteries and items ?

Astral Blessing is better if you're going more defensive or are in a rough lane. Starcall pokes really well if you can land it consistently and works better if you're playing fairly aggressive. I just prefer to max Q unless the lane is going badly, in which case I swap and max W. I would always go Q>W or W>Q though. Maxing E second isn't optimal because then you either have no sustain or no poke, at least in my opinion. You might be able to do Q>E>W if you were winning lane really hard, but I still wouldn't.

Yo Amanda- I think the W Max is more powerful after the most recent change on her. Thoughts?

I know this, I just need to entirely redo the guide itself.
