Your build has made Skarner one of my favorite champs again!
Very well put together and good descriptions to help me understand what i should be doing in and out of the jungle.

Since wits works kind of like devourer you might concider putting it in the build. Use jug enchantment instead of Warmog and get mobi with alcary since you now have tendency in jug and mr in wits. Also might concider putting sheen in front of Frozen Heart as it is an extreamly inportant item. Everything else looks great :)

I just wanted to wonder why you chose ranger's trailblazer. Some other guides used Skirmisher's Sabre and Stalker's blade so I was wondering why you chose trailblazer. Thanks for the guide dude; it helped a lot :)

Hey, I really like the way you have this guide!
I would like to know which situation you'd take Tri-Force vs. Iceborn Gauntlet.
Also, would you consider splitting up the "situational items" into offensive and defensive? (And adding Wit's End to one of them? AS is pretty important on Skarner, right?)
Just makes it a bit less cluttered.

Besides the whole jungling thing like everyone else has mentioned, when I used this build it seems like you should include some lifesteal into it. Maybe BotRK for the attack speed, slow, and lifesteal?
