That's the only reason I'm still doing mine.
Its never been a strictly competitive tier list, and it still isn't Its catered towards higher elo soloqueue/5s, but it isn't only a competitive list by any means, I've never once called it that. I put lee sin at the top of jungle because hes still the best and suddenly everyone thinks its a competitive tier list? wut?

I don't think xins too low because hes basically still the same all in high risk champion with good early snowball potential hes always been. Some champs above him might be too high, but I think hes in an ok spot.

Well the title might be a bit misleading then. :p It does say competitive. As for Lee, I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm legitimately confused. I've tried again and again and watched multiple streamers to try to learn the champion but he always feels weak and underwhelming to me (And not to mention Riot gutting his utility, which is what I actually liked him for). I don't know if I'm just ****ty at following direction or what.

I think xin is rated low he quite good now.
I think adc role is actually in best spot its been in a long time besides corki its quite balanced right now there all quite close.
