Position: PHP Developer
Type: Full Time Contract
Status: CLOSED

This is a renewable, full time contract position for a PHP developer. You will join our build team and will work directly with Matt and FlashJ to build and expand the MOBAFire Network. This position offers the freedom to contribute and be rewarded for your ideas and your initiative!

The MOBAFire Network is an exciting and unique group that is growing rapidly. You will be working on existing websites like mobafire.com and dotafire.com and will play a key role in expanding the network with entirely new projects. You will be working closely with the current build team. Additionally, the founders of the MOBAFire Network will be in close communication with you on a daily basis, working together to plan and execute new features and projects.

Requirements

This role is for a PHP developer with a minimum requirement of 1 year experience developing in PHP, as well as a minimum of 1 year experience working with MySQL. Experience with jQuery is also a major plus. Experience with SVN, HTML and CSS will also be helpful, but not required.

Working at MOBAFire

Our team works remotely and is spread across the globe. As such, we do not have a required work day schedule. You will have complete freedom to work the hours you want, where you want and your performance will be judged only on your results. That being said, we require all team members to be available for a scheduled weekly team meeting, and to be online and available via Skype while they are working. Additionally, the majority of our team is in North America, so if you are too far outside of NA time zones it may prove difficult for you to coordinate with other team members.
