Viktor Ability (LoL): Arcane Storm

Viktor conjures a chaos storm in an area for 6.5 seconds, instantly dealing 100 / 175 / 250 (+50% of ability power) magic damage then dealing 65 / 105 / 145 (+45% of ability power) magic damage per second to surrouding enemies. The storm automatically follows champions it has recently damaged.

Recast: Viktor manually moves the storm.

Upgraded: The storm moves 25% faster. If the storm damages an enemy that dies afterwards, the storm will grow by 40% and gain 3 seconds of its duration each time (max of 6 increases).
