After using an ability, Lucian's next attack will fire two shots. The second shot deals 50 / 55 / 60% physical damage to the target, increased to 100% against minions.

Vigilance: When Lucian is healed or shielded by an ally, or when a nearby enemy champion is immobilized, his pistols become overcharged with energy, causing his next 2 basic attacks to deal an additional 15 (+0.2 per attack damage) magic damage.
