Zoe Ability (LoL): Paddle Star!

Zoe fires a star that deals 2-50 (+50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170) (+60% of ability power) increasing damage the further it travels (up to 150% bonus damage) to the first enemy hit (depending on level). Zoe can recast this ability to redirect the missile to a new position near Zoe.
