Kai'Sa's attacks stack plasma for 4 seconds and deal an additional 4-24 (at levels 1-16) (+15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 / 25% of ability power plus +1-6 (at levels 1-17) per stack magic damage. Attacking an enemy with 4 stacks consumes the plasma, dealing 15% (+6% per 100 ability power) missing health as magic damage. Nearby allies apply 1 stack to champions they immobilize.
