For 5 seconds, Twitch gains 300 attack range, 20 / 30 / 40 bonus attack damage and his basic attacks become piercing bolts that deal 20% less damage to subsequent targets, down to a minimum of 40% damage.

With the change to Twitch's ultimate, it is a buff due to the gain of Attack Damage. However, since the Attack Speed boost was removed, it requires you to build more Attack Speed items to make up for that. Still a great ulti. It now takes some skill to successfully land shots with the limited number of shots (5/6/7)
